ATTENTION ⚠️
In observance of a holiday, Agilent CrossLab/iLab Operations Software Support Help Desk will be closed during U.S. hours on Friday, July 4th, 2025. We will resume regular U.S. support hours on Monday, July 7th, 2025. EU and APAC Support will remain open during this time. For urgent matters, please add "Urgent" to the ticket/email subject or press "1" when prompted to escalate a call on the iLab Support phone, and we will prioritize those requests first.
The Metabolomics Core, associated with Rabinowitz Lab, aims to provide high quality analyses of small molecule metabolites in biological samples, using liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS) as our primary tool. We are a world leader in metabolomics and continue to optimize the technology and expand analytical capability. Currently we are able to quantify a broad range of water-soluble metabolites, fatty acids, and lipids. In addition, we specialize in studying metabolic fluxes using isotope tracers. A typical metabolomics project involves appropriate sample preparation and handling, metabolite measurement at the core, and data analysis and interpretation. Interested users are encouraged to contact core staff to discuss the scientific objectives and experimental design before initiating a project.
