Common Support

Marlen Ayodele mayodele@princeton.edu
Confocal Imaging Facility

Provides the ability to visualize a variety of samples, from monolayers to very thick sections using a variety of optical imaging modalities, including laser point (LSCM) and field scanning confocal (CSU), Total Internal Reflectance Fluorescence (TIRF), Multi Photon (MP), and Widefield (WF).

Gary Laevsky glaevsky@princeton.edu 609 258 5432
Flow Cytometry Resource Facility

In addition to providing access to the flow cytometers and cell sorting services, we provide technical support to assist in experimental design, data analysis and interpretation as well as development of novel flow cytometric based techniques.

Christina J. DeCoste cdecoste@princeton.edu 609-258-1695
Genomics Core Facility

The facility provides researchers with access to state of the art, high throughput sequencing technologies and is fully equipped for all aspects of microarray labeling, hybridization and data acquisition.

Wei Wang ww3@princeton.edu 609-258-6998
LSI Media Facility

Princeton staff and students may order a variety of liquid and agar growth media in bottles or as poured plates.

Sanford Silverman ssilverm@princeton.edu 609-258-8585
Macromolecular Crystallography Core Facility

The Macromolecular Crystallography Facility carries out structure determination and analysis on a service basis, but also encourages independant use by experienced users. We offer services for setting up crystallization trials, xray data collection, structure determination and structure analysis.
